Thank you for choosing RAVIXA. The terms below govern every purchase you make from our shop, so we'd ask you to read through them before you check out. Placing an order confirms that you accept them in full.

I. Who We Are

RAVIXA runs the online store at ravixa.com, bringing a hand-picked selection of home and garden products to shoppers across the United Kingdom and the European Union. Wherever you see "we" or "our" below, that means RAVIXA; "you" means the customer. The wording live on our site when you order is the wording that applies to that order.

II. The Words We Use

For clarity: "Goods" are the products you buy from us; an "Order" is your checkout request; the "Contract" is the agreement that forms once we accept that request; and the "Site" is ravixa.com and its pages.

III. How an Order Is Made

Completing checkout counts as your offer to buy. The confirmation email we send straight afterwards simply tells you the Order has reached us — it is not yet our acceptance. The Contract only becomes binding when we email to confirm dispatch. Should we be unable to fulfil an Order, perhaps because stock has run out or a price was clearly mis-listed, we'll tell you quickly and refund anything you've paid.

IV. Prices & Payment

Every price appears in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable. We check our pricing carefully, yet if an obvious error slips through we reserve the right not to supply at the wrong figure and will speak to you first. Payment is collected at checkout via the secure options shown. The Goods become yours once we have received payment in full and delivered them.

V. Delivery

We aim to meet the estimated delivery windows shown at checkout, but they remain estimates rather than promises — couriers can slow down over a bank holiday or other busy stretch. Once the parcel reaches you or someone at your address, it becomes your responsibility. Where no one is in, the carrier usually leaves a card or tries again.

VI. Cancelling Your Order

As a consumer you may cancel and return your Goods within 14 days of receiving them, no reason needed. The full process, and the legal exceptions, are set out on our Cancellation Policy & Returns page, with a ready model form on the Withdrawal & Cancellation Form page.

VII. Faulty or Wrong Goods

Your statutory consumer rights stand alongside these terms and are untouched by them. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, get in touch and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. A quick photo or note often helps us resolve things faster.

VIII. Our Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage arising from our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for unforeseeable losses or for business losses, as our Goods are intended for private, domestic use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

IX. Intellectual Property

The wording, images and design on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not reuse any part commercially without our written consent.

X. Your Data

We look after any personal details you give us in line with our Privacy Policy, which sets out what we gather, why, and the rights you hold.

XI. Matters Beyond Our Control

We are not answerable for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control — extreme weather, industrial action, carrier disruption and the like. If one occurs, we'll be in touch promptly and keep the impact as small as we can.

XII. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually live. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts.
