Everything you need to know about how your RAVIXA order travels to you and how you can pay is right here. Simple shipping, a secure checkout — order with confidence.

I. Where We Ship

We deliver right across the United Kingdom and to much of Europe. Orders set off from our partner warehouses in Asia and are passed to reliable carriers, the Cainiao network included, who carry each parcel through to your local delivery service.

II. Times & Costs

The table below shows our estimated delivery windows and charges. Times are in working days, counted from the moment your order is dispatched.

III. Order Processing

We normally get orders ready to dispatch within one to two working days. Over an especially busy spell, such as a bank holiday weekend, it can take a touch longer, but we always aim to get your parcel on its way as fast as possible.

IV. Tracking

The moment your order ships, we'll email a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door. If tracking hasn't moved for a few days, get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.

V. Customs & Import

For most destinations there's nothing more to pay. Deliveries to Switzerland, however, may attract local customs or import charges set by the destination country, and these fall to the recipient. Such fees are beyond our control and we can't predict them.

VI. Paying

We take all major debit and credit cards, plus the popular digital wallets shown at checkout. Whatever you choose, payment is taken as you order, with your confirmation email following shortly after.
